The CPD reaction questionnaire development was funded by a Partnership for Health System Improvement grant from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) and by the Ministère de la Santé et des Services Sociaux du Québec (MSSS), QC, Canada.
ISSaQ 4.0: Innovation Scalability Self-Administered Questionnaire
The ISSaQ 4.0 tool enables health and social services innovation teams to assess the scaling potential of their innovations. It is a self-administered questionnaire.
PREM PS Questionnaire
Validated in a sample of 7,815 women, the PREM PS questionnaire is a brief 7 item instrument, developed in French and English to measure patient reported experience in prenatal screening. It comprises two main dimensions, communication and professionalism, which reflect the quality of interaction, listening, information provision, perceived support, and trust in clinical expertise. These dimensions are aligned with the CanMEDS framework, a competency model used in medical education in Canada describing the abilities needed to meet patients’ needs.
eHEALS Questionnaire
The eHEALS (Electronic Health Literacy Scale) is a self-assessment questionnaire for digital health literacy. Developed by Norman and Skinner (2006) based on the Lily theoretical model, it comprises eight items that assess an individual's perceived ability to identify, evaluate, and use online health information to inform their decisions. Brief and easy to administer, it is among the most widely used instruments in the field. A Canadian French version recently underwent cross-cultural validation and was published in the journal Santé publique (2026).
